While Eden Kinesiology is growing, I’m offering Early Bird prices to introduce more people to Functional Kinesiology. My hope is that you’ll love your experience and help Eden grow by sharing it with your friends and family.
Full Spectrum balalnce
A deep-dive session designed to help uncover the bigger picture behind your symptoms.
Symptoms rarely happen in isolation. Digestive changes, fatigue, stress, hormonal shifts, pain or simply feeling “not quite right” can often be connected in ways that are not always obvious.
Before your session, dedicated time is spent reviewing your health questionnaire and carrying out preparation and research, helping to build a fuller understanding of your health story before you even walk through the door.
This is my most comprehensive balance, allowing more time to investigate multiple areas, explore deeper patterns and carry out additional corrections where needed. It creates space to connect the dots and follow where the body leads, helping build a fuller picture of what may be contributing to your symptoms.
Following your session, you will receive a detailed written summary outlining findings, corrections, recommendations and suggested next steps, alongside personalised Bach flower support where appropriate.

focused balances
People often come for this balance when they feel stuck in a cycle of fatigue, cravings, bloating, energy crashes, IBS-type symptoms or feeling “hangry” and anxious when hungry. We look at how blood sugar instability, stress hormones and digestion are interacting, then support the body using kinesiology corrections, nutrition and food strategies to help improve energy, mood, digestion and metabolic health.
This balance is ideal for people who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, anxious, wired-but-tired or prone to frequent infections and immune flare-ups. We work with the nervous system, adrenal stress response and immune system to help calm the body out of fight-or-flight mode and improve resilience, recovery and overall wellbeing.
People commonly seek this balance for symptoms such as PMS, difficult periods, perimenopause, menopause, fatigue, low mood, weight changes, poor sleep or hormone-related skin and digestive issues. Using the Triangle of Hormonal Health, we explore the connection between stress hormones, blood sugars and sex hormones to help the body regain better hormonal communication and balance.
This balance is for people who suspect certain foods may be contributing to symptoms such as bloating, skin flare-ups, headaches, fatigue, sinus issues, digestive discomfort or inflammation. Using muscle testing, we identify foods that may be creating stress within the body and create a practical plan to help reduce overload and support healing.
Perfect for people who feel overwhelmed by supplements or are unsure what their body actually needs. This session helps create a targeted and personalised supplement plan based on your current health goals, helping to avoid wasting money on random products whilst supporting the body more effectively..
This balance focuses on pain, posture, tension and movement patterns within the body. It is commonly used for back pain, hip discomfort, neck and shoulder tension, pelvic imbalances, jaw tension (TMJ) and muscular compensation patterns that may be linked to stress, posture or neurological imbalance.
Your path to thriving starts here
Functional Kinesiology is rarely about chasing a single symptom in isolation. Very often, what someone is experiencing has developed over time and involves multiple systems within the body — such as stress hormones, digestion, blood sugars, immune function, structural compensation patterns or hormonal imbalances — all interacting together.
For some people, one or two sessions may be enough to create the shift they were looking for. Others may need a course of sessions to allow the body time to unwind deeper layers of imbalance and really get to the root of the issue — or, more commonly, issues. The body often prioritises what needs support first, and as one layer improves, another can then become clearer.
Many clients initially come because they are struggling with a particular symptom, but continue with maintenance balances because they value how Functional Kinesiology helps them feel overall — more balanced, more resilient, more energised and better able to cope with the demands of modern life.
